CAN I HAVE A REFUND OF AN EVENT CANCELED AND NOT REPROGRAMMED?

Based on the provisions contained in the “Italian Care Decree” (Legislative Decree no. 18/2020) pursuant to art. 88 and subsequent provisions, the reimbursement of tickets relating to events canceled due to the Covid19 emergency will be paid via Voucher directly from TicketOne. For those who wish, it is possible to sell tickets on www.fansale.it the TicketOne ticket resale market, where the ticket price is always the same as the original price.

the production is working with the Theaters and the Arenas to reprotect the Spring Tour dates which have been canceled due to force majeure. Below the ALIS Christmas Tour 2020 calendar (subject to possible variations).

Tickets purchased for the Spring Tour remain valid for the new programming and in the same positions.
