Based on the provisions contained in the “Italian Care Decree” (Legislative Decree no. 18/2020) pursuant to art. 88 and subsequent provisions, the reimbursement of tickets relating to events canceled due to the Covid19 emergency will be paid via Voucher directly from TicketOne.
